Terms and Conditions Using the mrgrop Platform

1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mrgrop platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other authorised means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

These terms take effect from the date of your account registration or the first date you access the platform, whichever comes first. Accepting these terms is an absolute condition for using mrgrop's services.

If you are registering on behalf of a business entity or organisation, you hereby represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms, and all references to "you" in this document include that entity.

2User Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Mrgrop Platform open to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. mrgrop reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account with mrgrop. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited. mrgrop employs an advanced detection system to identify duplicate accounts, and any account found in violation of this rule will be closed without prior warning.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and banking details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance procedures, mrgrop reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time. Accepted documents include national ID, passport, and bank statements. 3Account Security Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the security of your mrgrop account. This includes the following:

• Password Confidentiality: Your password is confidential and must not be shared with anyone, including family members.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify mrgrop immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

5Fund Withdrawal

6.2 General Bonus Terms

9Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by mrgrop

Mrgrop reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of terms and conditions, suspicious activity, or failure to comply with verification requests. In cases of proven fraud, all funds remaining in the account may be forfeited.

9.2 Closure by User

You may close your mrgrop account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn. Once the account is closed, you will no longer be able to access any records or transaction history.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a temporary break from playing may use the self-exclusion feature available in account settings. The self-exclusion period can be set from 24 hours to indefinite. During this period, your account cannot be used for playing or making deposits.

10mrgrop Liability Limits

Mrgrop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
